# Introduction to Voicy

> Voicy is a platform to build, test, deploy and monitor AI voice agents that speak natural Hebrew — with telephony, knowledge bases, integrations and call data built in.

## Build

A Voicy agent is either a single prompt or a flow of nodes. Each fits a different kind of call.<br />See [Single prompt vs. flow agent](/guides/agent-types) for when a flow is the better fit.
